Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Does it cost any money to join the Pilgrim’s Ambassador Program?
    NO. There is no cost to become an Ambassador. We will send you a case of DVDs on consignment for you to offer to your church, groups, friends and/or family in exchange for a $20 donation ($25 for Blu-ray) to help distribute The Pilgrim’s Progress on the mission field. Ambassadors agree to return DVDs not distributed after 30 days or request an extension.
  2. Can an Ambassador live outside the United States?
    NO, not at this time. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping and of customs outside the USA makes the program cost prohibitive. Prayerfully, we will have international offices in the future and can expand the program within those nations.
  3. Is there a minimum age requirement to join?
    NO. However, if under the age of 18, we request you obtain your parent’s permission and blessing before joining.
  4. Do I need my Pastor’s blessing to sell the DVDs in church?
    YES. We definitely encourage you to obtain your Pastor’s permission before offering any DVDs on any church property.
  5. Can I have longer than 30 days to distribute all the DVDs?
    YES. While we encourage Ambassadors to distribute the DVDs in a timely manner, you can request an extension to the 30 days if you believe it will help you distribute more of the DVDs. Otherwise, we request you return the DVDs for others to distribute.
  6. Can I receive fewer, or more, than 20 DVDs?
    YES. If you do not feel you can distribute 20 DVDs, you can contact us and request fewer. Likewise, if you have an opportunity where you will need more than 20 DVDs you can contact us to make your request. Our desire is always to serve in a responsible manner. Please be specific with your unique opportunities when you contact us for more, or fewer, DVDs. Please use the Contact Us form.
  7. Can a recipient of the DVD(s) make their donations online?
    YES. If the recipient would prefer to make their donation by credit card and online, they can easily and securely do so. Simply have them go to www.Pilgrims.church. This domain is also printed on the back of each DVD. They can make their donation with their credit card or through PayPal or Apple Pay. After successfully making their donation, have them show you the receipt and hand them their DVD(s).
  8. Can a recipient of the DVD(s) make their donation at a later date?
    NO. We prefer those wanting a DVD pay with cash, check (made out to RevelationMedia) or securely online at the time they receive their DVD. This protects you from needing to follow-up and avoids any misunderstandings.
  9. Can we send a check to RevelationMedia instead of cash?
    YES. If you want to write a personal check or a church check for the cash collected, you are certainly welcome to do so. While we provide a document type return envelope to discourage theft by any postal employee, unfortunately, theft can happen, so a church or personal check is welcome if you are able. Otherwise it is acceptable to mail the cash payments.
  10. Who pays for shipping to return any unsold DVDs?

    The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Ambassador. It is obviously our hope that all 20 DVDs are sold, and The Pilgrim’s Progress DVDs have been a bestseller. If you have difficulty distributing all 20, we encourage you to reach out to others who might be able to help distribute them. If you cannot distribute all 20, you will need to return any unsold DVDs to the address below. We recommend mailing “media mail” rate, with a tracking number, at your local post office for the least cost. Please email us the tracking number (using the Contact Us form) when you ship the DVDs back.

  11. Can we get more Blu-ray copies?
    YES. If you have more demand for the Blu-ray version please let us know, and how many you think you can distribute, and we will send them to you.
  12. Can we share the Ambassador’s program with others?
    YES. We encourage enlisting others to help you distribute the DVDs and to encourage them to join the Ambassador program themselves. As this program is based on an honor system, we naturally request you only enlist the help of trustworthy individuals.
  13. Is the film available in Spanish and in other languages?
    YES. The film is available in Spanish and other languages. However, the current Ambassador program is only supporting English language DVDs at this time. This is due to other commitments we have in distributing the Spanish language version. We may add Spanish to the Ambassador program sometime in 2020.   14. Can I show The Pilgrim’s Progress publicly?
    YES. However when hosting a public showing of The Pilgrim’s Progress we request you go through our application process found on www.Pilgrims.movie. There is no cost. Hosting a public movie event and then offering the DVDs for a $20 donation, creates a great ministry opportunity for the viewers and for RevelationMedia!
  15. Do you have other volunteer opportunities?
    YES. You can join our Community Volunteer Program and host public showings of The Pilgrim’s Progress in your community. The Ambassador and Community volunteer program are easily combined allowing you to host movie events and offer the DVDs at the conclusion of the showings.
  16. Can people order the DVD online?
    YES. If a person prefers to order their DVD (and other Pilgrim’s product) online, they can find a link to our online store at www.Pilgrims.movie or at www.Pilgrims.church.
  17. Are there other Pilgrim’s products available?
    YES. We currently offer the DVD, Blu-rays, an Illustrated Storybook and T-Shirts. We will be releasing more product in early 2020. These products can be found in our official online store. Visit www.Pilgrims.movie or www.Pilgrims.church to link to the store.
  18. I am doing a special event; how do I get more than 20 DVDs?
    If you have an event that will require more than 20 DVDs please contact us with details of your unique event and we will do our best to support your ministry opportunities. Please email us using the Contact Us form.
  19. What are the funds we collect used for?
    All proceeds from the Ambassador’s program are used to help further RevelationMedia’s translation and distribution of The Pilgrim’s Progress to the mission field.
  20. I didn’t get my box of DVDs. Who should I contact?
    If you have not received your case of DVDs within 10 days of filling out the request, please contact us.
